Meet the Media Specialist

Welcome to our school's media center!

I am Mrs. Lange the Media Specialist serving Jackson Elementary since 2014. I am a native of Los Angeles, California, and I have worked in education since 2003, bringing over two decades of experience and dedication to our school community.

I graduated from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS with a Bachelor of Science in Education and later earned a Master's in Education in Library Media from Georgia College and State University. I have lived in Georgia since 2007 and have enjoyed becoming a part of this wonderful community.

I am happily married to my husband of 15 years, and we have four wonderful children. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, learning new things, and hosting reading events. My passion for education and love for literature drive me to create an engaging and resourceful media center for our students.

In the media center, I strive to foster a love of reading and learning, providing students with the tools and support they need to succeed academically and personally. I look forward to continuing to serve our school community and making a positive impact on our students' lives.
