Teacher Bios

Ms. Danielle Duncan- I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA my entire life and currently reside in Conyers. I earned my Bachelor's degree at Bennett College located in Greensboro, NC in Elementary Education. This is my 5th year teaching. I've taught Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten. I have a one year old son named Carter. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. 

Mrs. Mary Fowler- I’m a graduate of Mercer University. I have been working with children and their families for over 18 years. I was born and raised in Georgia. However, I’ve lived in Dayton Ohio, Fort Lee Virginia and Mesa Arizona. I’m enthusiastic about my second year here at Jackson Elementary. I’m a married mother of three grown sons and grandmother of four. I enjoy spending time with family and friends.  My interests are bowling, singing and working with couples on having a great relationship.

Ms. Manonmani Inbavazhvu- I was born in India and raised mostly in the Midwest. I did my Masters at Hofstra University on Long Island.  This is my first year teaching. I enjoy Korean yoga, trying different cuisines and playing pool. 

Ms. Brooke Potteiger-

Mrs. Cathy Roberts- I was born and raised in Georgia and consider myself to be a native of Clayton County (graduated from Jonesboro High).   I graduated from Georgia State University.  I have been working in the classroom as a Special Ed. Paraprofessional, Special Ed. Teacher, first grade, and kindergarten teacher over the past 22 years.  I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 35 years.  We have two children and four grandchildren.  I enjoy spending time with my family, singing in my church, and traveling.

Ms. Silka Simmons-

Mrs. Bianca Yates- I was born and raised in Georgia. I graduated from the University of West Georgia. I have been teaching for three years and have taught 5th grade and Kindergarten. I recently got married. I love to watch movies and spend time with family and friends.
